Great Intentions
Ok y'all I can not count how many times in the last month I've said "I want to be a runner" or " I will be a runner someday".
My aspirations are great and all but I'm only on day 2 of "being a runner", that counts right, of course it does!!!
Go on with your bad self, self!!
Any who..... it's only day two and my legs feel like that might spontaneously combust at any moment!!
It's a slight act of congress for me to even get down to the floor to play with Tippy. If I don't brace just right and have my timing synchronized with the rate that I'm falling.... well you remember Humpy Dumpty right.
Those poor King's horses and men.
I swear y'all I'm not a lazy bum!! I did use to workout.... notice what happened there?
Past tense.
I've had a slightly sedentary lifestyle since B and I got married....
Busy with school, come home and cook, clean, do laundry (at least a 12 step process for me), spend some QT with the hubs, study, then bed.
So yea yea I just pulled the whole "I didn't have time card", who hasn't?
Alrighty I'll cave!!
Half of my problem is I love my couch time
and yes my comfy clothes..... possibly being completed by a Coke over ice
I'm not the most healthy person in the world but I do try to be conscious of what I eat.... did you catch that?
TRY!!!
I'm a total junk food connoisseur!!
If its deep fried, wrapped in bacon, or smothered in ketchup buddy I want to get me some of that!!
Be proud though ladies.... I've only had 1 sweet tea in the past two days and NO Cokes!!!

So maybe I'll never be the "runner" that I imagine to be but I've got great intentions and good hair!!!

My Best Friends Wedding
After dating for seven years her and her handsome hunny FINALLY tied the knot. They are seriously the most precious couple and are truly high school sweethearts!
B and I are so incredibly excited for them!!

We had the most fun preparing for the day with this gorgeous lady
The most BEAUTIFUL bride I have EVER seen!!!
I feel so blessed to have been a part of this special day and to be able to stand with this precious couple!!

New Facebook

Confessions of a Guilty Pleasure
Alrighty...... Flashback
A few weeks ago I saw a preview for a new show on Lifetime and just knew I had to see at least the premiere!
Come back to present day.... I'm still watching
Half of the time I can not believe these women but I can NOT pull my eyes away!
I watch in enamored amazemet!
Or shock!! lol
Every Tuesday evening you know where to find me! Maybe it's the fact that they are southern women and absolutely fabulous looking moms......
But I think it's more along the lines of:
1. They make me feel better about my dysfunctional life.
2. They don't have any reserve when dropping a "Bless Her Heart!!"
It's an all out mom war every week!!

Finally my summer has begun!!!
Saturday I took my SRTA exam to become a real bonafied licensed dental hygienist..... Praise the Lord it's OVER!!!
I should find out the results of the exam today. Pray please I'm a tad bit nervous!
Because it's over now my summer is officially here!
Last night B and I set down and made a summer to do list..... nothing extravagant but it's full of such fun things that we LOVE to do!
I'll be sharing about our trip to the Caymans in a few weeks!! I CAN NOT wait to visit my brother!

Things Learned
A few things I've learned in my twenty something:
1. Never miss an opportunity.... you never know where it might take you
2. Make people wonder about you..... It keeps life interesting
(you might as well give them something to talk about)
3. Sarcasm is a fine art.... some get it and some don't
Don't shun those who don't understand.... It just means that your humor is superior to theirs! lol
4. Forgiveness is not a choice!
My God died for me, a sinner, and forgives me daily.... Therefore forgiving others is a duty
5. Leave the dirty laundry.... It can wait till tomorrow
(always my choice)

Anniversary Weekend Shenanies!!!
First wedding anniversary...... CHECK!!!
Yesterday couldn't have been anymore perfect!
We woke up, I made us some muffins, and we exchanged gifts.
B got me this super cute Arkansas tank and a pair of sandals that I found on pinterest and had been drooling over! He did SOO good (as usual)
I gave him a Wilton Armetale vegetable grill ware tray and one that has yet to arrive.... a golf ball personlizer! I'm pretty excited about this gift!
So after gifts and breakfast we drove to Little Rock to climb Mt. Pinnacle.
An hour and a half, a lot of fluids lost, and 1,100 feet later we were still having a blast!!
It was AMAZING!!!
If your behind the times like we are hurry and go see it before it's out of theaters!
The perfect end to our night and it actually was still good!!

June 9, 2012 was the happiest day of my life....
However, no love story is without its trials or its demons.
But I thank God everyday for, precious, happy endings. He prevailed and the end result of the day was as He had planned.
This past year has been the most amazing of my life! God has truly blessed us and our marriage and I can not wait to adventure through the rest of my life with my partner in crime and best friend!
I have and will always fight tooth and nail for this man!!

Kind of a Big Deal
Hey Y'all!!!
I'm so excited to FINALLY be able to write this post.
Yesterday was my hooding ceremony and my graduation from dental hygiene school.
It was a very long but very good day!
Could not have made it the last two years without these three!
The two UT Alum!!
I'm so proud to call my daddy's alma mater mine.
Officially have my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene!!
Y'all have a great weekend and take advantage of this rainy weather!
The couch and a movie marathon is now calling my name
